I am in the process of applying for a HELOC loan, and it was discovered that there is still an active lien listed with Snohomish County from LoanCare LLC, even though I refinanced with another lender about three years ago. I can't proceed with the HELOC until the lien is released, and I cannot reach anybody at LoanCare LLC to get help with this issue.

I'm being charged $64 and $62 more than I normally get charged every month. I wanna know why.

Why did you charge me $62 more than I always pay. I automatically get $904 deducted from my account. The 1st of every month, why did you charge me $966 instead of 904?

This is the worst company for a loan, no one ever gets back to you always a problem with payments. They just had a security breach and no one has any answers, I have talked to several people and all they say is that they are sorry.

I go online to their website for the security breach and they want all my credit card numbers.

Except, there is not a way to speak to an actual person. You get an automated message saying if you are receiving this message during business hours, sorry for the inconvenience. If its not during business hours, call back during business hours this way you can hear the same message again during business hours.

No explanation, no suggestions of another number. But Im sure if I cant pay my mortgage because their system isnt working, that will be my problem to fix.

Holy MOOLLY!!! This is pathetic what kind of company is this it's been a nightmare from 1st transfer to these people.

I can call from my company phone but I can't call from my cell phone they just say after hours that no one is there and hangs up!!! Plenty of fees can't get no one and they manipulate everything they can to make you late to default!! It's a shame why do they do this what mortgage company does not want you to pay them so you can default !!! I'm sick of this I can't call no one I have to go to another phone of someone else to get someone!!

How is this legal ??? I just don't understand I try every month and it' s like pulling teeth to get to someone. If you pay online they screw you. If you pay over the phone they screw you.

The only way your payments gets correct if you speak to someone and I think they know that now!! I am sick of this company I mean I have had it!! They so fraudulent to you scared to call thinking you will get blocked in which I do. How can they block my phone but not another phone. I know it's happening I can call any place except them. Then I call all around like 15 different numbers to see If I can back door and finally was able to sneak in a payment on a automated phone call.

Disabled vet and sent by mail and fax 6 times to loan care escrow dept . 11 calls plus even tax collector called loan care .

Had letter from tax dept dec4 saying 0 tax due.

Well nothing done . They denied getting letter and refuse to adjust my escrow .

Worst place to deal with ever

I am already behind on my mortgage and when they said "the website was back up" much to my surprise I was told my loan cannot be paid online. This isn't the issue whatever I have to call but what when I do call all I get is the canned spill walked through my account information and an "I am sorry if you are receiving this during business or not blah blah...: then it disconnects".

I tried the number here and that was says customer service is down so now what.

How does one make a payment when no one wants to take my payment over the phone and the online system says I can't. Beyond frustrating.
